1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on pak68, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and pak68. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

2 Eligibility

3 Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold one account on pak68. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different payment details or different devices — is a violation of these terms and will result in all linked accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth and a valid payment method registered in your name. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. Choose a strong password and do not share it with anyone. pak68 staff will never ask for your password through any channel — if you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.

• Keep your email address up to date so you receive important account notifications.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account balances are non-transferable between players.

4 Deposits

All deposits on pak68 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, mobile wallets and cards. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit. pak68 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider before depositing.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your pak68 balance within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraudulent transfers. If you need to change your withdrawal method, contact support before submitting a request.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This includes confirming your identity and the ownership of your payment method. Accounts that have not completed verification will have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of request.
• Standard withdrawal processing times apply for all players.
• VIP members at Silver tier and above receive prioritised withdrawal processing.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• pak68 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.

If a withdrawal request is declined, you will be notified with the reason. Common reasons include incomplete verification, outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds or a mismatch between the withdrawal method and the registered account details.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Promotional offers on pak68 are made available from time to time and are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts and expiry dates. These terms are stated clearly on each promotion page.

General bonus rules that apply across all pak68 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from your real money balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus applies per player, per household and per payment method.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use. If betting patterns suggest bonus abuse — such as low-risk hedging across markets to meet wagering requirements — pak68 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

7 Sports Betting Rules

pak68 offers sports betting across cricket, football, Esports and other sporting events. All bets are accepted subject to the following general rules.

Cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Test matches and ICC tournaments — follow standard cricket betting settlement rules. Bets are settled based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body.

• Bets placed on abandoned or postponed matches will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is completed within 24 hours of the original start time.
• In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet is confirmed, not at the time it is submitted.
• pak68 reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds due to technical or human error.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Winnings from voided bets are returned as stake — no additional compensation is provided.

For all sports markets, the result as published by the official event organiser is final for settlement purposes. Social media announcements, unofficial broadcasts or unofficial scorecards are not used for settlement.

8 Casino and Live Games

pak68's casino section includes slots, table games, fish games and live dealer tables including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti and Andar Bahar. All games are provided by third-party software suppliers and operate on certified random number generators (RNG) for non-live titles.

Live casino games are streamed from live dealer studios with real dealers. Game results are determined in real time and are final. If a technical disconnection occurs during a live game round, the round result stands as recorded by the game server — not by your local device.

• Game history is recorded server-side and is the definitive record in any dispute.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by table and game type and are displayed before play begins.
• Fish game results are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by player activity patterns.

9 Fair Play

pak68 is committed to providing a fair environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots or scripts of any kind.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches or game malfunctions for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Any attempt to interfere with the pak68 platform, servers or software.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals after wagering — this will be treated as fraud.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.

pak68 uses monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and account behaviour. If suspicious activity is identified, the affected account may be suspended pending investigation. Players found to have violated fair play rules will not be eligible to reopen accounts on the platform.

10 Privacy and Data

12 Account Suspension and Closure

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• At the account holder's own request for self-exclusion.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria.

Where an account is closed for rule violations, any balance remaining — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for reasons outside of rule violations, the verified real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

13 Limitation of Liability

pak68 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect access.

pak68 is not liable for losses incurred due to connectivity issues on your end, device failures, or internet service disruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

14 Changes to Terms

pak68 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on their account. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continuing to use pak68 after an update has been published and notified constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
